Australian Financial Services License and Compliance
The Group utilise an Australian Financial Services License Number 335586 to manage all investments alongside utilising external accountants for transparency. Projects are issued under an Information Memorandum which only permits Sophisticated and Institutional investors. Projects with major capital partners have Project Control Group meetings which manage the investment.
