Darryn Stone B.App Sc (QS), FAIB

Construction Director

Darryn has over 25 years local and international experience within the property and construction sectors, predominately within residential and commercial built form. Whilst commencing his tertiary studies and early career as a professional Quantity Surveyor, Darryn subsequently expanded his experience into Project Management, Development Management, Superintendent, Development & Construction Director roles for both private and publicly listed property companies.

Darryn has delivered some 2500 residential dwellings and commercial/mixed use lots within Perth and Western Australian regional centres. Projects include a mix of high & medium density apartments, hotel/short stay accommodation, townhouses, retail, attached & detached single/double storey dwellings.

Darryn is a registered builder within Western Australia and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Building.

Australian Financial Services License and Compliance

The Group utilise an external Australian Financial Services License Number 335586  to manage all investments alongside utilising external accountants for transparency. Projects are issued under an Information Memorandum which only permits Sophisticated and Institutional investors. Projects with major capital partners have Project Control Group meetings which manage the investment.
