Yolk Property Group is a private, sustainable and innovative property development company with a core focus in Western Australia. Yolk Property Group has won Urban Design Institute of Australia (UDIA) WA Awards in 2017, 2018, 2019, and developed Western Australia’s First One Planet Community Certified apartments and greenfield residential estate. Within their latest release in Perth, the group is working on delivering Perth’s first timber commercial tower in Fremantle, and has been developing the Liveable Street initiative in Allure Estate, Ferndale. This innovation along with pilot recycled road and infrastructure, new water technologies within the home, and a high quality mix of diverse housing typologies are all being explored for Margaret River. Pete is a Director and founding partner of Yolk Property
Group. He has over 25 years’ experience in the property
development and construction industries.
Pete believes a design led development process
gets the best results. His creative approach has found
opportunities in unlikely places, optimised value, and
won awards. He has a wealth of knowledge in
residential and commercial development, and
sustainable building practices.

Prior to forming Yolk Property Group, Pete played a
key role in developing the following projects: Azure
(Dunsborough, WA), Cockburn Commercial (Cockburn,
WA), McCourt St Medical Centre (West Leederville, WA),
Rottnest Island Hotel (Rottnest Island, WA).
